Team members and roles

Invite colleagues, what each role can do, and how one login can belong to several workspaces.

The point of a shared inbox is that no conversation depends on one person's phone. Get your colleagues in.

Invite someone

Go to Settings and use the invite card. Enter their email address and choose a role.

They receive an email with a link. If they already have an account, signing in with that email accepts the invitation automatically. If they do not, the link takes them to sign-up and drops them straight into your workspace — they do not get a separate trial or a workspace of their own.

Invitations count against your plan

Your plan sets a maximum number of members, and the limit is checked when the invitation is sent. See Plans and limits.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including WhatsApp connection credentials and billing conversations. Created automatically for whoever signs the workspace up.
AdminEverything an owner can do day to day, including managing the WhatsApp connection.
MemberWork the inbox, contacts, campaigns and automations. Cannot change connection credentials.

Give agents Member. Reserve Admin for people you trust with the WhatsApp token — anyone holding it can send as your business.

Several workspaces, one login

One account can belong to multiple workspaces — useful for agencies and consultants. A team switcher in the sidebar moves you between them, and data never crosses: contacts, conversations and settings are isolated per workspace.

Your role can differ per workspace.

Removing someone

Remove them from the members list in Settings. Their conversations and the contacts they created stay with the workspace — nothing is deleted with the person.
