Plans, limits and your free trial
What each tier includes, what the limits mean in practice, and what happens when your trial ends.
Your free trial
Every new workspace starts on the top tier, free for three months, with no card required. Every feature is enabled at the highest limits.
A banner appears in the app as the end approaches, and again once it has passed.
Nothing is switched off automatically
When the three months are up your workspace keeps working exactly as before. We do not downgrade you mid-conversation or lock you out. The banner changes, and we talk about a plan from there.
What is in each tier
Some capabilities are core and available on every plan:
- The shared team inbox and live chat
- Contacts, tags and the sales funnel
- The product catalog and order capture
- The AI sales agent
The rest are tiered:

Campaigns need templates
Broadcasts send approved WhatsApp templates, so any plan with campaigns necessarily includes templates. See the 24-hour window for why.
The three limits
