Sign up, confirm your email, and what your three-month free trial includes.
Registration is self-service. You do not need to talk to anyone to get a workspace, and you do not need a card.
Sign up
Go to the sign-up page and enter a workspace name, your email and a password
The workspace name is what your team will see — usually your business name. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
You are signed in immediately
You land on a welcome page with a setup checklist. Nothing is gated behind an approval queue.
Confirm your email
We send a confirmation link to the address you signed up with. It is valid for 24 hours.
Your free trial
New workspaces start on the highest plan tier, free for three months. Every feature is switched on: the AI agent, message templates, broadcast campaigns, the automation flow builder and WhatsApp Forms, at the top-tier limits for team members, WhatsApp numbers and contacts.
You will see a countdown banner in the app as the trial nears its end.
Nothing switches off when the trial ends
Your workspace keeps working after the three months — we do not lock you out or silently downgrade you mid-conversation. The banner changes to say the trial has ended, and we will pick up the conversation about a plan from there. There is no online checkout: plans are arranged with us directly.

Why you have to confirm your email
You can explore the whole app without confirming. Sending WhatsApp messages is the one thing that stays locked until you click the link — it protects the platform's sending reputation, which is shared infrastructure that every customer depends on.
Specifically, until you confirm you cannot:
- send a message from the inbox
- send a template or a WhatsApp Form
- start a broadcast campaign
- send through the developer API
Everything else — connecting your number, importing contacts, building automations, configuring the AI — works normally. Automatic replies from the AI agent and your automation flows are also unaffected.
The email did not arrive
Check spam and promotions
Confirmation mail is the single most commonly filtered message we send.
Use the Resend button
The amber banner at the top of the app has a Resend email link. There is a one-minute cooldown between requests.

We can confirm the address manually. Get in touch.
The link says expired or invalid
Links last 24 hours, and requesting a new one invalidates the old. Sign in and use Resend email from the banner. If you click a link twice, the second click simply says "already confirmed" — that is not an error.
