Getting started
What this platform is, what you need before you begin, and the path from signing up to your first customer conversation.
This platform turns WhatsApp into a shared workspace for your business: one inbox the whole team works from, a CRM that builds itself from your conversations, an AI agent that answers instantly, and broadcast campaigns for reaching customers at scale.
It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta. That is worth understanding up front, because it shapes everything on this page.
What you are setting up
There are two sides to the setup, and they happen in this order:
- The Meta side — a Business Manager, a WhatsApp Business Account, a phone number, and an access token. This is the part most people have not done before, and it is where the documentation goes deepest.
- This app — paste five values from Meta into a setup wizard, verify, done.
The Meta side usually takes 30–60 minutes the first time. The app side takes about five.
What you need before you start
A phone number you can dedicate to the business
It must not currently be registered to WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business. It has to be able to receive an SMS or a voice call once, for verification. See Create your WABA and add a phone number.
A Facebook account you can use to administer the business
This becomes the admin of your Meta Business Manager. Use a real, permanent account — not a throwaway.
Your business details
Legal name, website or social page, and address. Meta asks for these, and you will eventually want business verification for higher sending limits.
You cannot reuse your personal WhatsApp number
Once a number is connected to the Cloud API it leaves the normal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business apps. Use a number you are willing to dedicate to this. There is no QR-code pairing here — that is a different, unofficial approach this platform deliberately does not use. Why.

After you are connected
Once messages are flowing, the things most businesses set up next are:
- Contacts, tags and the funnel — how the CRM organises people
- Your AI agent — instant replies in your own voice
- Team members and roles — share the inbox
- Plans, limits and your free trial — what you get and for how long
